Januário (Joe) Amore Rosa is a first year Classics major at SF State with a focus in Latin language & Roman studies. They have Benign Hypermobility Syndrome, ADHD, and are an occasional cane user. They have a passion for disability rights and seek to make things easier for disabled people and improve access standards on the SFSU campus. They also seek to explore and bring awareness to intersectional issues within disability justice, such as race, LGBT identity, and class. They are a radical optimist with the goal of bringing disability rights into the conversations where they are most critical and most ignored.
