For the second year in a row, we sold out a jam packed weekend of movie screenings on two sides of the Bay: October 22nd (at the Magnes Collection in Berkeley) and October 23rd (at the Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco).
We continued our tradition of screening films from all over the world (eleven films from seven different countries) with audio description and captioning. We were even fortunate enough to have the filmmakers attend the festival, offering an international presence to the panel discussions.
We want to offer our deepest gratitude to everyone who came together to make this wonderful event possible. With that support we have been able to continue a strong tradition of celebrating lives of people with disabilities in our community! We also want to extend a special thank you to our co-organizer the SF LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Tune into our Facebook page for more photos from the weekend.
